Kill Your Can't collects the information needed to process orders, support customers, prevent fraud, improve the store, and send customer communications when you ask for them.

Payments are handled by Stripe. This website does not store raw card numbers, card security codes, or full payment credentials.

Your data rights

To exercise your rights, use the contact form and choose the request type for download, deletion, correction, or removal. We may verify your identity by matching the request to the email, order history, or other account information before releasing or deleting records.

We will respond as soon as practical and will explain if we need more information or if a record cannot be deleted because it is needed for a completed order, chargeback, tax record, legal claim, security log, or fraud-prevention purpose.

Sharing and retention

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store, including payment, hosting, email, shipping, analytics, fraud prevention, and professional advisors. We do not sell raw payment credentials.

We keep records only as long as needed for the purpose collected, then for reasonable business, security, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal periods.

AI and advertising disclosure

Kill Your Can't may use AI-assisted tools for product copy drafts, support triage, image preparation, campaign planning, or internal operations. Human review is required for customer-impacting decisions, and customers may request human review through support.

Paid endorsements, affiliate relationships, gifted products, or other material brand relationships must be clearly disclosed. Synthetic or AI-assisted visuals will be labeled when the disclosure is material to a shopper's understanding of the product or promotion.
