These Terms govern use of the Kill Your Can't website, store, customer accounts, support channels, content, and related services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy.
Product availability, pricing, promotions, inventory, and shipping timelines may change. Orders are accepted only after payment is confirmed and fraud checks are cleared.
Orders, shipping, and returns
We may cancel or refuse an order if payment fails, inventory is unavailable, the order appears fraudulent, the shipping address is incomplete, or the order violates these Terms. Refunds, exchanges, shipping timelines, and return eligibility are controlled by the posted Shipping and Returns pages.
FTC AI and advertising disclosure
We may use AI-assisted tools to draft copy, prepare campaign concepts, triage support, or assist internal operations. AI-assisted content is not professional advice and should not be treated as a guarantee of fitness, health, or training results.
Brand ambassadors, affiliates, influencers, reviewers, and collaborators must clearly disclose material connections to Kill Your Can't, including paid posts, free products, affiliate links, sponsorships, or gifted items. Any synthetic or AI-assisted product or campaign visual will be disclosed when that fact is material to a customer's decision.
User-generated content and liability
If you submit reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, social tags, comments, product feedback, or other user-generated content, you are responsible for that content. You represent that you own or have permission to submit it and that it does not violate another person's rights, privacy, publicity, trademark, copyright, or safety.
You grant Kill Your Can't a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and share submitted content for store operations, marketing, product pages, customer support, and social proof. We may remove, moderate, reject, or decline to publish UGC at any time.
Takedown notices
To report copyright, trademark, right-of-publicity, privacy, impersonation, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise unauthorized content, submit a takedown request through the contact form or email customerservice@killyourcant.com.
Your notice should identify the content, provide the URL or location, explain your rights or authority, include your contact information, and state that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized. We may remove or restrict content while we review the request. Repeat infringers or abusive users may lose access to the site.
Accessibility
Kill Your Can't works to make the store usable with keyboard navigation, screen readers, visible focus states, readable contrast, form labels, descriptive links, and responsive layouts. If any feature blocks your use of the site, contact support and we will provide a reasonable alternative way to shop or get information.
Arbitration agreement
Except where prohibited by law, all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the website, or a purchase shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with those Rules.
The place of arbitration will be Phoenix, Arizona, United States. The language of arbitration will be English. Arizona law will govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Either party may seek temporary or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual-property, account-security, fraud, or confidentiality matters.
Limits and updates
The site is provided as-is and may be updated, interrupted, or changed. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kill Your Can't is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
