However, we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund and Exchange Policy for Kill Your Can't LLC

At Kill Your Can't LLC, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our Refund and Exchange Policy is outlined below.

Reporting Damages and Missing Items: If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to process a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be in their original condition, unworn with all original tags attached. If the item(s) is missing tags or has been worn, it will not be accepted.
Refund Process: If you choose to return an item for a refund, a $10.95 processing fee will be charged. Your refund will be sent to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Exchange Process: If you choose to exchange an item, a $6.00 processing fee will be charged. The exchange will be processed and the new item will be shipped to you within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Return Shipping: If you use the prepaid return label provided by Kill Your Can't LLC, the $6.00 processing fee for an exchange or the $10.95 processing fee for a refund will be waived. If you choose to use your own shipping label, shipping charges will not be refunded. We are not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in shipping.
Refund Timeframe: Once we receive the returned item, please allow 4-5 business days for the return to be processed.
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the payment method used to place the original order. If a gift was returned, store credit or a refund to the purchaser’s credit card will be issued. We do not issue cash or check refunds.
Holiday Season: As a courtesy to our holiday shoppers, we will allow returns or exchanges for orders that were purchased between November 11th and December 25th until January 10th. Please allow extra time for the return/exchange to be processed during this period.

Kill Your Cant LLC is held in trust by the entity known as:

KYC TRUST

The KYC TRUST is a private business trust established for the purpose of owning, managing, and operating the business interests of Kill Your Cant LLC. The Trust is governed by a written trust agreement between the trustees and beneficiaries, with full authority to manage business operations, assets, and profits.

Legal Standing

The KYC TRUST owns 100% of Kill Your Cant LLC and acts as its sole member. Any legal, financial, or operational activity conducted by the LLC is executed by and through the authority granted by the trust agreement.
